As a keynote and guest speaker I draw from my own personal journey, which has been marked by a myriad of experiences in some of the most demanding and mission-driven environments on Earth. Through the stories and examples I share — some profound, some tragic — I help audiences realise insights about what motivates us to endure hard times and reach for greatness.

I have served as a Commando Team Leader, Section Commander, Counter Terrorism Operator, and Operations Sergeant for the Special Forces Command. This includes many years serving in Afghanistan and elsewhere, and leading security missions overseas for the most senior politicians.

I have also had the privilege of instructing, teaching, and mentoring some of the most driven and focused individuals alive. From leading multinational teams to achieve tangible outcomes to guiding troubled youth towards a brighter future, I take immense pride in nurturing growth and supporting the development of future leaders.
